Product Delivery Information
DELIVERY DAYS AND OPTIONS
You can choose who you would like to ship your products with, we use Royal Mail, DPD and Evri.
Royal Mail deliver Monday-Saturday (Saturday for most locations).
Evri deliver Monday-Saturday (Saturday for most locations).
DPD deliver Tuesday - Saturday.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation will be sent to you when your order has been placed online. Please keep this in a safe place, as you will need to quote the order number if you have any queries.
PRESENTATION
Our gifts are beautifully wrapped and placed in a box to keep them safe on their journey. Enclosed with the products will be your message in a card if you left one at checkout.
DELIVERY AREAS
Our homeware can be delivered all over the UK.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We do our best to ensure that our products are carefully wrapped to make sure they arrive safely with you, but unfortunately breakages can happen from time to time.
Please make sure you thoroughly check your items for any damage at the point of delivery.
In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please note this on the courier’s documents, and let both us and the courier know. You can email us at contact@ramblingwild.co. Please include photos of the damaged or faulty items and we’ll be in touch to resolve this for you as a priority.
Please do not return damaged or faulty items without contacting us first as we will be unable to refund any postage costs.
